Our programs are designed to fit all fitness levels, ensuring that everyone from beginners to advanced participants can benefit. Our Reformer equipment allows you to adjust the resistance, making your workout as easy or as challenging as you need.
What to expect on your class
Preparing for the class






To attend a class, please book in advance to secure your spot, as class sizes are limited. You can make your booking through our website.

Our workouts are under an hour. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before to your first class to complete paperwork and allow the instructor to walk you through the Studio.

Check in with the Instructor once arrived. Please keep in mind reservations are required to attend a class.
​
​​You will be working out on a Reformer. If it's your first time, don't worry - Reformers are very user-friendly! Our instructor will show you how to use it before class and will be there to assist you if needed.
​
Our workouts are designed for all levels. To adjust the intensity, reformers are equipped with different sets of springs. Instructor will guide you on which springs to use for a lighter, moderate, or challenging workout.

Grip socks are required for safety reason and available for purchase upon check-in.

Please come prepared to class with water. You are welcome to bring a towel.

To see significant results, it is recommended to practice Reformer Pilates at least 2-3 times per week. Consistency is key to experiencing the full range of benefits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you fail to show up for your scheduled class or cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, a Late Cancel fee of $15 will be charged, with no exceptions. If you are using a Class Pass or another third-party service, the cancellation fee will be determined by the third party.

LATE POLICY

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will be denied entry and your spot may be given to another client. To ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience, the doors are locked 5 minutes after the class starts. In this case, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a $15 fee. SAFETY POLICY​

Socks with grips are required for safety reasons to avoid slipping on the Reformer. You may bring your own or purchase them at the front desk. Please note that you won't be allowed to join the class without grip socks.
